23i remap

Post by Udspie » Mon Oct 23, 2017 9:40 pm

I know there isnt any major gains of hp to be had from a remap apart from better throttle response and some mid end torque.

My questions are: before getting a remap

(1) Is it worth doing a air filter upgrade

(2) possibly getting a second cat delete

(3) Or a back box delete

What's your thoughts on this guy's, have any you guy's researched this or had any first hand experiences of this.

Your input please

23i remap

Hi, I think you’d be better off putting that money towards a 3.0 variant of the e89-it would give you far more extra power than getting those mods done

23i remap

Thanks Rob.....Yeah I know mate, I do love the car but it's just a little under powered. ...In saying that it all depends on how you drive it.
I'm thinking of a remap to sort out the throttle response and flat spots. I'm happy mostly with the 2.5 though.
