Just seen this online for the 2litre turbo engines http://esstuning.com/n20-stage-2-performance-package/
Sounds a little excessive to me :o

If you check it out it requires several mods in addition to a remap....their remap alone is broadly in line with uk remaps

Water/ methanol injection is a very old technique to get large power gains for very short periods...

So great for a traffic light drag race...less useful on a Z4 forum run....

Given the well documented thermal stress limits on the N20 I’d buy a second unit from a breakers as a required stand by....

All IMHO.. :!:

Well I think its quite light on detail

I know a few N20 peeps with bigger turbos in the States but have forged internals. Which this has no reference too.

Impressive numbers but a huge cost. The $3000 only covers the upgraded turbos and a tune. You still have to buy the downpipes, exhaust, intercooler and injection kit then have it all fitted.

Meth injection is IMO a last resort for more power. One issue such as a blockage or uneven distribution between the cylinders with the meth injection and you are going to melt stuff!

I am going to say this only once - you cannot beat displacement - however, boost helps.

If I had 5k-10k+ to spend - I would but in a V8 or V10 engine.

I don't think to push the N20 much further than I have is risky
