Interesting that the yellow car went at the speed it did as passing a traffic jam is always risky as people often pull out. Not an excuse for the BMW of course to do so.

silly sausage. how could you NOT see a yellow DS3 bearing down on you?!?
I'd be livid. The zed driver is looking at losing his/her license for that manouvre I'd suggest.

I can't decide if the ds3 was trying to move into the middle lane to avoid the Z4 or if they were moving from the middle lane to the left and that's what caught out the Z. Either way I think much more awareness from the Z driver is needed, and ds3 needs to anticipate someone might pull out. Always expect a stupid manover

Really impressed with how the Z took the thump. Very sturdy, stayed close to the ground and didn't really loose any control. A well built car. I suspect the driver ended up sitting in the passenger seat what with the sideways impact helped along by the door airbag

Looking at it the DS was probably moving from the middle to the left lane and thats possibly why the Z driver thought it was clear to pull out.
