After suffering from incontinent mirrors, where they relieve themselves over my freshly washed & polished doors leaving grotesque snail trails in their wake, I discovered today that e89 mirrors fold the wrong way thus emptying themselves of water.
I feel as though I should be immortalised for this epic discovery, ok it's not a cure for cancer but it's right up there :D

Good job they do fold the wrong way or it'd be hanging off. :rofl: You could buy a couple of shower caps and put them over the mirrors when you wash it.

Only your side windows should be fly splattered otherwise you are not getting sideways enough!

When I take mine to the Romanians, they use an air-line to dry inside the mirrors. :)

(p.s. Had a lot of cars. Never washed one, though.)
