I hope you will enjoy it .. it looks like an amazing "to good to be true" deal ... I know it is a CAT D (which wouldn't put me off) but still dead cheap for specs and mileage. It even has got the GoodYears F1s.

I would inspect it thoroughly and take it for a long test drive.

Definitely a possibility. :D
Back when I had the Griff I used to attend all the PH meets and greets in our region, a few further afield too. Not so much these days, which is a shame. Hope to see you about anyway. Cheers.

Nothing serious, no-one hurt. I was side-swiped on a roundabout - guy in left lane decided to keep going round, just as I was passing him. Trouble is, determining fault for insurance claim is tricky with roundabouts - or so they tell me. Usually goes 50-50 unless third party admits liability.

Should be no contest if you can prove he was at fault in the wrong lane, not signalling etc?

I was in lane 2, he in lane 1. He decides to continue round to second or third exit collecting me on the way.

Well, I'm not an insurance expert but I think that should pretty much go in your favour as there are no continuation markings for lane 1 past that exit off the roundabout and consideing the damage location to your car - you were obviously ahead. hope you said you were signalling left for the turnoff in your statement...?
Good luck!

Taking a while; hoping to get mine back on Monday 15 May.
Other driver admitted fault and his insurer has accepted my claim.
While it's in I'm having the bonnet, front/nose and drivers door sprayed as well. They were pretty tatty and there were some micro-bubbles on the drivers door, under the mirror.
Can't wait to get it back now!
