Just two (which is bad enough) - the un-repairable one and the other on the same axle.

(This is, by the way, standard practice on a 911.)

OK, have measured the fronts, which, after 5k miles, are an even 8mm. The undamaged rear, to my surprise, is an even ... 5mm.

So, it's decision time and I'm going to accept advice given, particularly mr wilks', factor in my own paranoia and replace both rears.

Thank you all for your help - except Rob, that is.

(Anyone want a driver's side rear Pirelli P Zero 255/35R18 94Y XL for little money? )

Only buy one!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.
