Door handle lights

do the door handles on any ones car light up when the fob unlocks the doors? is this a comfort only option does anyone know?
there seems to be a white lens under the handle.
Also do the e89's not have puddle lights? can't seem to find one on mine

I have both, I think it's part of the extended lighting pack?

Yes they're both part of the extended lighting pack, doesn't look like it's possible to retrofit them either, well not without a lot of work - as far as I know nobody has managed it yet.

um well i might take a look at it. I do like to fiddle with LEDs might see if i can get the door trim to glow as well.

From memory that option includes lighting in the door bins & behind the seats as well
