Nice one Del!

Mine will be going for a long weekend away on saturday, 150 miles down to Glasgow, spending the weekend shopping, art gallery and museum!

Then we will go home via the scenic route.....I really hope the weather holds out so we can get the roof down plenty!

Lovely looking car OP.

I really like Deep Sea blue on an E89, and for me a straight 6 is one of the unique features of a Z4 compared to rivals.

Enjoy! :driving:

Just to finish up the thread,
After more hours than I care to admit, machine polishing and ceramic coating, here is the finished article!

 not got it yet!!

All I can say is it looks amazing! 1 owner from new, FBMWSH and lots of options.
Most surprising thing is the ride quality...I thought it would be horrific on 19s with RFTs but it really didn’t feel any different to my current SE on 18s.
The car generally feels better built - it is 4 years newer, so I assume there have been hundreds of changes in that time, many of which improved the quality.
Cannot wait to collect in about 10 days time....just means another 1000 mile round trip! We are currently in Yorkshire, having collected my wife’s brand new Golf GTE advance on Friday evening... it’s quite an amazing piece of technology.....

A couple more pics.
It’s amazing how the pictures I took with my iPhone above look such a different colour to the dealer pictures below!

Lovely :) I found my lci Car rattled & buzzed far less than my previous 10 plate e89 & wondered if it wasn’t just “newness” but improved quality control/assembly methods that had improved matters? My old car made noises from everywhere and even the sun visors made annoying buzzes & squeaks :x
New lci Car is virtually silent :P

I went from a 2010 3.0l to a 2016 35is last September - the doors on the new one don't clang like the "old" 2010 car!
Its only done 5k since out the wrappers and there have been no creaks or rattles yet.
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.
