Hi, can you post a link to the ceramic pads please?

Go spend your hard earned cash
What do i know
40 years racing classic cars but its a bmw so must have crap brakes..dont think so!

Do you feel that our BMW's are at the absolute pinnacle of technology and there is no compromise for cost / long life?

I'm not saying the standard brakes are crap, but they can be improved. 40 years of racing classics I would of thought you'd realise that manufacturers don't necessarily use the best products from factory and there is room to improve if you're willing to change the compromise.

Can't find them anywhere for the 28i.

At the moment it's going to be booked in to BMW to have the pads replaced whilst I search high and low for some upgraded discs and pads for the next change. I'm not sure but I fear the 28i has a specific disc and pad up front which isn't shared by any other Z so I need to find out what other BMW uses the same!

EBC sell direct on ebay, can recommend the yellowstuff pads work well from cold and I never got them to fade, they do create a ridiculous amount of brake dust though so prepare to wash the wheels twice as much as with OEM pads
