51717167526 Frame, rear light, right

When you mention the plastic boot panel I assume you refer to the center bumper mount.

This is not working for me. I swapped the pins as specified. I validated the pin swaps in the BMW manual. The right side is woring fine, the left side is all screwed up. Left turn signal flashes the left upper LED at a very rapid rate. It should be flashing the amber. Something is wrong.

I still need to get those light frames to fix that gap between the rear fender and the light.

Hi guys,

Apart from the recoding and bumper - Would LHD rear lights work with a RHD car?

I had a loose or poorly seated bulb. I removed the assembly, reseated the bulbs, problems solved.

A few teaser shots before I go for paint. I've been doing all of the pre fitting work myself.

Another lemming :)

After months of searching and missing out on rearfaclift lights on ebay, I managed to pickup a set for £110

They were a tad scratched and dull but i used a restorer to get them back to a near new condition

Image

I should be getting my Ebay M rear bumper and frames back from the painters next week, but have wimped out on the rewiring and recoding, as i have found a place near Birmingham that will do it for £80 - if all goes to plan i will post some pics and details -

Bitter, sweet... This maybe my last major mod

May seem a daft question but how do you open the boot? It looks from the pictures that the rear spoiler is attached to the rear wings or is it just me?

Personally I don't like the rear spoiler. I think it spoils the lines of the car... but each to there own :D
04 3.0SE Roadster, 07 3.0Si Coupe, 12 2.0iSdrive M Sport... Gone but not forgotten

Now proud owner of an Audi TT TFSI S line, Misano Red Amplified black edition... Don't shoot me.
