I love these threads....they are so British LMAO!

Never, ever ask people what they think of anything on this forum - its an invitation for a stoning usually....

If toast always lands jam side down, and a cat always lands on its feet, what happens when you strap a piece of toast, jam side up, to the back of a cat?

Oh I'm not selling them, not after I found this brill suggestion....

The video poster says (in his best chavlish): These dust caps was bought of eBay and will soon be fitted onto my moped when the weather is better. I am also fitting 2 6 inch neon rods of the same colour to the bike. They look pretty crap on camera but light up a whole room in the dark and are quite brite. They flash a bit more strobe like aswell. ...errrr, unquote!

NOTE: for additional hilarity, click through to YT and read the video comments!!!!!

diplomat, save yourself 60% of the cash those merchants are charging, and buy from a site like this:
http://www.glonation.com/pigmented-glow-paint.html

1kg from them costs 250euro, where from the site above it's only 101euro!

Excellent mod. Im going to place an order for enough to paint the whole car. Would go well with my other planned mods of Audi style running lights, all round //M badges and a magic tree .........

I'm originally from a place called Essex (which wont mean much to you) so my opinions are generally bias in favour of glowing lights and shiney things.

However, I think you have the wrong car if you want glowing wheels :)

diplomat, seems these are consider a little gauche by the chaps and certainly not my cup of tea. However, that's just my opinion. I say if you like it, why not? :o It's your car!

Would help you stand out from the crowd and once you've got it out of your system (seen the light!) you can always go back to something a little less... well, you know

If you really are serious, you may want to get a pair of used rims and do in the refurb - you may need the originals for resale.

Do you have a facelift? What state of modding is the car in now? Pics? You may want to consider spending the money on a carbon rear diffuser 8)

Not all, IMO - absolutely loved (and still do) the Saab 900 Turbo Aero - looking good on 3 spokes!

diplomat - I think easty's Zed is a perfect example of how subtly varying from the run of the mill can give great results

They deserve a second chance for sure. I mean, compared to those 19's on your car, what would you honestly prefer? Looking at that link, they centainly seem to corrode less than 108's pmsl
