EVAP not ready?
I reset the codes on my car because i installed a new secondary air pump. But now my evap sensor wont turn ready?

I don't know what an evap sensor is, but it's not related to the air pump, so it's just a coincidence that you have problems. Unless you knocked something loose? Nothing related to evap system on that side of the engine though.
A real long shot guess: Ensure your fuel cap is tight. A loose cap will cause evap tests to fail, but it's supposed to generate it's own error before going to an OBD error, but the check cap light is only on for 20 sec so it's possible to miss it.
