Same as you guys, left in car from day one in a hard case, so not a mark. Would replace with a used one if it ever fails as I don't need anything more.

a case lol, mines in a sock.

ye apparently 5th gen has best sound processor, only better one was the U2 model

and im same tbh id buy one off ebay and just replace bat and hard drive. But id go down route of fixing my own first, I do have a ipod touch (my alarm clock) should i need a quick fix

prolly like most things, be software like all the htc beats used to be
