Swimming pools in my zed

Oh dear, oh dear, there seems to be water ingress occurring somewhere. Sigh.
Was giving Bruiser a thorough clean today in preparation for the hardtop coming off and on vacuuming the carpets noticed corrosion on the driver side seat rails at the back. Not good, I thought to myself, and on further inspection, lifting up the carpets both sides behind the seats the floorpan is absolutely sodden. I don't know how long it's been there as I havent been using it for a few months. Would assume from the jetwash today but that corrosion on the seatrails suggests otherwise.
Looks like a seats out, doorcards off jobby. Anyone else experienced similar?
Have wedged in some small towels to soak up the water but the sponge under the carpet has done an admirable job of retaining moisture :(
Crapsticks!

Chris, have you checked your door cards as it seems the place where water can enter. Check to see if the plastic film is in place behind the card.
And I didn't to the pee this time, eh

You shouldn't have unless someone has removed a bung, may be worth getting the car up in the air and having a look, if the door card plastics are OK.
Just checked mine and it's nice and dry

You lucky feller!
I think the lack of an undertray may be a contributary factor.
Further exploration required....
Now i really think we ought to resume normal mickey-taking service....

Been there, done that.

Still had no idea where the water came from but I'm with some others on hear in thinking that I don't believe water can get in from behind the door cards. I think water can get past the door seals around the mirror area by the seals being to old and dry, then the water runs down the seal and comes in over the sill at the bottom front corner of the door.

Dont discount roof drain blockage. Water fills up and then overflows behind seat under carpet.
