It's a bit hard understanding your posts sorry, but I had this problem just a few weeks ago (5DF0 / 5DF1), it was diagnosed as the pump, not the control module, so I had the pump refurbished and it has cleared the dash error lights (and the codes have cleared).
As verster86 mentioned - if you have replaced the control module, it must be coded to match your car - they are vehicle specific so will need coding to your car.

Send the abs pump off to ECU testing in Heanor in Derbyshire.
http://www.ecutesting.com/catalogue/pro ... 16203.html
They will fit improved parts to it. £195 + VAT + removal and fitting labour.
I charge 350 for the whole job, including dropping the abs pump off to them personally and picking it back up.

I have done many..many!
Good luck.
Andy.

So when you put 12V across the pump, you heard the ABS pump motor activate? If you didn't hear the motor activate, it would be the pump motor that is faulty, usually a stuck brush
Here is a good video of pump motor repair if that is what is faulty (and not the control module).
If you have replaced the control module (and coded it to your car, which you say you have done), and it's also not the pump, then there's nothing really left. Have you tried cleaning the electrical connectors at the plug/socket where the control module connects into the car wiring loom? This has also caused error codes/failure occasionally.

Condensation/moisture on the ABS electrical plug contacts? Does the car live outside?
Sorry, not sure what's going on, it must be extremely frustrating.
