Just giving the car a good going over with lots of tips and help from Patriot and he has just found this piece loose as we had the front osf wheel off. Anyone know what it is

If I remember right if goes at the bottom of the radiator somewhere but I could be wrong.

They are refuse bins,you put rubbish in one and recycling in the other.
The council then may or may not come usually at daft oclock in the morning so you miss them,at roughly 5 week intervals to take them away and tip them both in
land fill.
