2003 Z4 manual seat, will not slide back n forth forwards backwards etc
My seat on passenger side is stuck. Will not go forward or back. Goes up and down, backrest moves freely etc. Just stuck in same position. How do I resolve this?

A just a thought, check for a coin in the seat runners, happened to me once, a small 5 p jammed it.
