My local garage has told me that my wife's Z4 needs a new ABS pump. After picking myself back up from the floor on hearing what BMW charges for one, I'm now looking at alternatives.
After some heavy googling, it seems a reconditioned pump is the best option. Unfortunately my wife can't be without her car for any length of time so I'm now looking at a used pump instead.
Does anyone know of a decent/reasonably priced OBD2 cable and software combo that I can use to reprogram the used pump? I've looked for a walkthrough on how to do this, but I can't see anything idiotproof.
Any help would be much appreciated!
