To upgrade the stock front brakes on my 3.0i I recently bought a set of discs and calipers on eBay which were sold as 'bmw e46 330 front brakes setup caliper carrier disk pads 330ci 330i 330d 330cd'. I don't know what year the car was that they came from but I can't work out which Yellowstuff front pads to buy.
According to the EBC website there are two options for a 3 litre E46:
For a E46 2003-2007 330td you need the £94 155mm pads (Part No DP41552R)
For a E46 2000-2005 330 you need the £110 156mm pads (Part No DP41089R)
For a Z4 3.0si 2006-2009 you need the £94 155mm pads (Part No DP41552R)
Search for a BMW 3.0 E46 on Eurocarparts and it comes up with both pads..
Which will fit my setup, any ideas? Since they all share the 325mm discs I assumed they would all share the same pad?!
Cheers
Jeremy

Yellowstuff pads 155mm or 156mm???? HELP!!
Mechanic sent pads to supplier and they said to replace them with pagids the code is 101110118 which appears to be the pad for a 80's 5 series..
Anyone else realise there were two types of 325mm E46 3 series front brakes?
