Where to find/how to replace shifter trim

The trim surrounding the shifter on my 2003 Z4 3.0i is a bit scuffed. I'm wondering if it's possible to find a replacement part and swap it out. I'm not exactly sure what the part is called, so I don't know what to search for. I've tried a few things, but haven't found what I'm looking for.
