Oh yes, that time of the year again when the water companies can't manage supplies.

I almost got my own supply last time, but this time I will go ahead with it and get the pipe dug. Plenty of water here, part of my garden is still submerged in about 30 cm of water !!

It still beggars belief that we have water shortage problems when we are surrounded by water

Instead of building a high speed rail link, why not use the money and build a couple of desalination plants in the South East

So I am allowed to fill the container with water from the hose, then use the pump to pump it out again to the hose to wash the car. Job done

luckily i have a house in Derby with no hosepipe ban.. and no water rates... i should just ship a container of water to my parents in London for when i wash my car there
