Recommendations for Inspection 2 service of Z4M - Essex

I like to plan ahead and would appreciate any recommendations on reputable dealers or specialists in or around essex who could carry out an Z4M inspection 2 with adjustments and lubricants/coolant.

Based on previous experience I'm a little skeptical that the supplying dealer can be trusted to take the necessary care and attention to adjust the valve clearances. They always seem too busy to return calls and always have a customer bitching at the service manager as to why their car isn't ready as agreed (not always me either!).

Happy to consider travelling for professionalism and peace of mind, even better if you can chat with the guy doing the work beforehand :)

Where about in Essex?

Pmw merc & bmw specialists in chemlsford

They have done a few bits for me and a few people I know speak highly of them

Bm bitz - canvey island
Very good guys over there been there for donkeys years again done a few bits for me

Also there is another one in basildon that's been recommended on here but the name escapes me right now, if I remember I will let you know

Ben on here used to take his to http://www.murkettsbmw.co.uk in cambridge. Can't remember his username though. Really into their's ///M's up there apparently.
 
Thanks gents! I have previously used PMW for my 3.0 roadster, was pleased with the work so worth giving them a consideration but would mean losing the main dealer service record :). Will give them a call sometime as its getting to the point in the cars life that condition and a nice portfolio of service bills should count more than a main dealer stamp to a private buyer etc.

A good contact at a main dealer would be helpful as I have the comprehensive mondial BMW warrantee and should problems be found I'd hope that would pick up the tab. That said my friends with much more expensive toys solely use specialists.
