Knights Garage In Oxfordshire

Post by ChrisC85 » Tue Oct 14, 2014 5:05 pm

Hi guys,

I picked up my Z4MC last week from Knights Garage and just wanted to say how flawless the deal went.

Russell Knight really knows his BMWs after gaining his experience from working for them for years before. He is so passionate about his cars and can't stress enough how refreshing it was to buy a car from a dealer who actually knows what they are selling. Even after the sale he is there to share his knowledge and give advice and help when he can.

The guy sells mostly Z4M cars, so if your looking for a M whether it be a roadster or coupe then definitely check his website out first. I believe he has two Z4MCs for sale at the moment.

Oh and he owns a cool Black Z3MC 8)

He certainly does Tom.

First time I bought a car from a dealer knowing the salesman wasn't trying to hide anything.

This guy keeps buying all the fair priced cars on autotrader and slapping approx. £3k on them. Can't blame him if he can sell them at that mark up!
The one you bought was for sale in Ireland about a month ago but I couldn't get to it quick enough before Knights Garage got to it.

Hi Chris, Tom.

Your words are very kind, thank you. Truth be told I love Z4M's and this is my dream job - just to photograph and drive them is enough for me, let alone put my name to each one that pass's though the KG showroom.

'Lost Boy' yes I do buy all of my stock privately. All in all the caliber of car is a lot stronger and for me meeting the previous owner is very important. I NEVER buy from auctions, dealers or alike. I know alot about this model and consequently the cars that leave me are prepped highly in all area's allowing the new buyer to just drive it. If you own an 'M' you will also know that even the small items add up in cost - tyres, brakes, Inspection services, paint. If you then minus vat on the £3k that you think, try closer to £2k then £600 (20% vat) is automatically deducted from any profit made. Minus the warranty and prep bill and you could be closer to a number which requires one to live and run a business.

So far only happy friends/customers. You get what you pay for in this world.

I am always happy to help or advise on any prospective purchase's with me or other sellers.

Thanks

Russell

Nicely put Russell.

I am with Tom, will always recommend your services.

The thing is 'Lost Boy', when you buy a car from a private sale, you do not know what lurks beneath. I would rather pay that little extra knowing I am buying a car that has gone through a thorough going over and has various aspects inspected by someone who has knowledge and knows what to look out for.

Wouldn't it be nice if all specialist sellers had this attitude?

KG is the place to go when looking for a Z4m, Russel knows his stuff.

I've had my Z4MC for almost 2years / 20,000 miles and its still going strong.

Alex.

I picked up my Z4MC from Russell last week. The car is in stunning condition and Russell is a true enthusiast. He appears to pick only the very best stock to sell (this was certainly reflected in the condition and history of mine) and I would recommend buying from him in a heartbeat.

I would gladly d business with Knights Garage again.

I whole heartedly agree with the 'Lovers' in this thread. Russell's knowledge is second to none and made the whole transaction, when buying my Z4MC, enjoyable and seamless. Unfortunately, I think he has now shut the business as he was wooed back to BMW...but I shall try and confirm, as he had a spectacular blue Z4MC for sale about a month ago....
