Great first a tyre blow out, then I take it to tyremen and it's returned to me with this , not a happy bunny. Good job I always check my rims before driving away

The sets of rims are only two months old

I've got to take it back next week and it's going to have a smart repair with a mobile refurb/ scratch company they use

Not the point more wasted time on my behalf

They told me I won't be able to tell. We will see

Interesting topic heading, I wasn't sure what Id find :thumbsup:

It pi55es me off that they can't do their job properly! I had for tyres fitted a couple of weeks ago and they did that to all 4 wheels :headbang:

Tell them you want compensating for your time and fuel. Accidents happen but that looks more like incompetence to me. Plus they didn't fess up.

I wouldn't settle for a smart repair if they were only 2 months old and, presumably, perfect before - I'd expect a full powder coat refurb on the damaged wheel and for it to be done by a reputable company
