It's a hard decision that I've been trying to avoid but at this point I'm out of time and options. I'd like to take it with me and keep working on it, but the house I'm moving to won't have the space/facilities to work on the vehicle and I can't afford to store it for who knows how many years.

Lots of UK people here on this forum, & US is a big place so still could be 1000's miles away, plus sounds like a specialist project for the dedicated.

Also, and I am being honest here, not sure what it is you are giving away? Sounds like you are asking someone to tow away a stripped shell to save you the hassle of dumping it yourself?
If you try and take a cat apart the first thing you have is a non working cat.

I'm giving away a "stripped shell" along with all of the body panels, interior, suspension, etc. to someone who would like to continue the project.

It's not really a hassle to "dump it" (I can have it hauled off for free), I'd just rather give it a chance to "live" rather than seeing it scrapped. Unfortunately if I don't get anyone by the end of October, it will have to go to the scrap yard.
