I’m still happy changing my own gears at 52, it’s when others grind them I don’t like it

The decision came as the DCT gives my blood pressure respite when swimbo has the keys
Plus Manchester traffic
After having the PDK across Europe the speed the blips ah man it’s addictive. I agree a manual is my preferred but it just seems like the best of both worlds atm

Will be interesting to see how you feel after a few miles and months of ownership
I see the plus and negative points of both..
Personally have no preference,just different

My first "automatic" gearbox EVER and I love it.
Strange that so many dislike it
Edit: 2nd actually. Forgot that I owned a M6
Edit nr 2: I also had a M3 E46 with SMG. My memory today haha...
Sorry

Just seen this Tom - congratulations!
The DCT gearbox makes so much sense if you're using your Zed in traffic these days and looks like you've bought yourself something very special again - nice one

Unfortunately time lines didn't quite match and I ended up pursuing another vehicle.
I didn't manage to get to see the car but looks lovely. Sure someone will be very happy with it.
GLWTS.
