True. I felt a bit bad writing fitted by me there. You did an awesome job.

Next, comes the mythical car that my girlfriends thinks exists. Smaller and faster than the z4m, doesn't depreciate and costs peanuts to run.

I think it's called a superbike!

Update: wheels will be kept as shadow chrome. I'll put some pics up when they're done, looking forward to it, this place has a very good reputation...

Lotus Elise are the words you're looking for. Cost pennies to fuel and depreciation is virtually non-existant! S2's have dropped from 22k brand new, to 17k 2nd hand in about 7-8 years!

You should have brought it along to the recent Kent meet, Bing might have bought it off you

I suppose it depends on which S2 you go for, as the entry level 122bhp one is almost a full second slower to 60mph and 40mph down at the top end

Fuel consumption & cornering speed may be a bit better though, and an early S2 can be had for £10k

However, a 111R is a much closer/better proposal :P

Top marks to Spit & Polish of Tonbridge Kent. They've done an awesome job with the wheels:
