I have my lovely ///M Roadster for sale if anybody in this forum is interested, ive also got this posted on AutoTrader (Link: http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201304086150719/sort/default/usedcars/model/z4/make/bmw/onesearchad/used/onesearchad/nearlynew/onesearchad/new/postcode/rg291qt/page/1/keywords/3.2/radius/1500?logcode=p) which has all the details and pictures on.

Please do ask any questions you may have about it and i will get back to you as soon as i can.

Greg.

I know but dont like to post pictures of my car with the reg showing, however of course if people want it im happy to private message them with it so they can carry out the HPI checks etc etc. Thanks she will be missed thats for sure.

I think that would be good advice to the seller - post a list of the service schedule as if its all in order this will be worth a look for someone

Thanks for the tips, i will look it up and write it all down a little later this evening for people to read.

ok so as suggested the services (all BMW) its had are:

Running in @ 925
Oil @10767
Insp 1 @ around 23839 (no stamp here, but i did have an invoice for it which was around a brake fluid change time)
Oil @ 33892
Insp 2 @ 45848

Brake fluid changes at 23839, 33892, 40456

Im fully aware right now its my word against the first inspection 1 side of things and a lot of trust, however this is why ive made my price the way it is as i do understand its a big issue to some people so trying not to alienate too many people... if that makes sense?...

I didnt realise my advert was almost towards its end on AutoTrader so i will transfer the details across to here for you all to see:

2 Door Convertible, Metallic Interlagos Blue, Petrol, Manual. 31/03/2014 MOT, 31/5/2013 Tax, Service as described above, low mileage, excellent condition, non-smoker, Black Nappa leather interior, Sport seats, 3 stage heated seats, Electric Seats with 3 Driver Memory Function, Auto Bi-Xenon Headlights and wipers, Auto dimming mirrors, electric windows and mirrors, air conditioning/climate control, Professional Satellite Navigation System, Professional LOGIC 7 HiFi 10 Speaker Loudspeaker System with DSP, 6 CD Multi Changer, Bluetooth Telephone Preparation, power steering, Multi functional M steering wheel, cruise control, traction control, On board computer, ABS braking system, front/side/passenger airbags, parking sensors, alarm + immobiliser, central locking, Detachable Wind Deflector, Heated Glass Rear Window, 18" M Double Spoke Wheels with Continental ContiSportContact M3 Tyres All Round, 2 Remote Keys, 1 Emergency Plastic Key.

for pics i have a photobucket link (hopefully ive done this right?) http://s1329.photobucket.com/user/higreg23/slideshow/

I hope this helps on your decision making as i say i understand that it appears for a service is missed! Reason for selling is that im due to deploy to Afghan soon and really dont want a car like this to just sit around and "rot" so to speak for months on end, i would rather it was looked after and used!

Blue... as mentioned i didn't realise i was quite so close to my end date on the advert... who knows maybe someone on here can vouch for me thats its been on for a week or so?

Can you not get the BMW dealer to retrospectively stamp the book if you have the Invoice ? - it should appear on their system ?

Definitely worth a try. Dealer had a complete new service book stamped up for me when they misplaced mine. Then they found it again so I have FSH x 2. 8)

No thats what im saying i havent got the invoice as it seems to have gone missing during the move.

You shouldn't even need the invoice, just proof that you own the car (e.g. V5C).

possibly worth a try yes, ive just never been too fussed/worried about it personally...

A lot of potential ///M owners will be very fussed about it, so well worth trying to get it sorted.

If there are any potential buyers just to let you know i will be going on holiday for 2 weeks this friday so replies may be slow and viewings will have to be made when i return :) feel free to email me on my personal email address of [email protected]

Ive tried various means to no avail (although they were never really that helpful) so i am stuck with having to sell it as if its not had it i'm afraid to say, although reasonably priced id say still... sorry people.

No need to be sorry fella, priced as though its missed its service. If someone gets the car then can get evidence of a stealer service then a bargain is to be had, if not its fairly priced. Glwts.
