Thanks for the feedback, I must admit that does sometimes cross my mind, but mine are clean soap suds!!

I can assure all that it's not a one off but perhaps I will add some more pics

Seriously? I can't get my head around this post

Would you rather him posted pics of it covered in s**t with brake dust all over the wheels?!

It really does blow my mind this forum sometimes

It's all about marketing your car to the best advantage.

It's no different to selling a house, a product or indeed yourself.

The car hasn't sold yet, so something is putting potential buyers off. I'm not saying that it is the "just washed for the sale photos" but you have to minimise anything that may deterring punters.

Simple rules of selling anything really.

Think of it another way.

If you were selling your house, would you greet a buyer at your front door whilst holding a duster and a tin of Mr Sheen stating that you were just giving it a clean before they arrived? Of course you wouldn't.

You want the buyer to believe that the house, car, whatever has always been well cared for and cherished and not tarted up for sale.
