That's the dilemma Number5!

The list of alternatives was not particularly long anyway, but having to discard the E86 has thrown me a little. From what I can gather, the Z4 appears to be the roomiest car of its type so if I want more space, I have to start looking at 'normal' cars. Any suggestions/opinions would be welcomed.

The only one that stands out as a possible at the moment is the 135i coupe. Prices on AutoTrader start around £11k and quickly rise to £13-14K, though I'm not convinced that spending double the price of mine will give me double the car!

As an update, a last minute holiday means I'll be away from this weekend until Xmas day. Given the impending festive period and the fairly muted response to the ad, I've decided to remove the car from sale for the time being and will review the situation in January. I've responded to AlexP via pm already to explain this

Is the e89 not an option if you want a coupe. Kinda the best of both worlds in respect of the coupe/cab. Plus they are more spacious than the e85/6.

Thats understandable. Moving on from a Z4 seems to be a common problem. Its difficult to find something anywhere near £ for lb.

You're right, an E89 does appear to be the logical step but I regularly see a couple of them around town and I just don't like the way they look from the rear.....pedantic I know!

The ass is a bit fat on the E89 but you don't see it from the driving seat...

Try one foregone, be a shame to miss out on something you might like, they have their critics but they are very good cars, a nice 23i having heated seats with adjustable side bolsters, cruise and nav on a few, for 10-14k decent miles, they will suit a taller gent better than a E85.
