I've been trying to convince myself whether I can justify buying a set of 19" CSL wheels for my Z4MC......if I do manage what is the best replica wheels to buy? looking at the forum the Atomic ones seem to be popular, I do not want to end up with some cheap Chinese rubbish. What is the best offset to go for 8.5" ET 38 on the front and 9.5" ET 33 on the back.?? Any info or suggestions would be much appreciated.
Dave.

This was discussed here recently...

If you must have reps then I would agree that the Atomics are probably your best bet according to users on here. I have the CM reps and tbh the finish isn't particularly great - far too many paint imperfections.

So would you not recommend these wheels due to the finish? The genuine CSL wheels are much more expensive and from what I have read are prone to cracking are they not? Does anyone know how much the Genuine BMW CSL wheels cost?

You'll be fine with the Atomic ones.
indeep75 was talking about the un-branded reps from CM Wheels and I agree with him, the finish on mine was dreadful.
Edit: realised you've got an M so different offsets!

OEM offsets are ET44 front/ET 27 rear, cost around £1800 excluding tyres iirc.
The common offset for goods reps are ET38 front/ ET27 rear. Not sure why they didn't match the fronts but they fit ok.

Thanks for the reply guys, I've convinced myself and assuming I can convince my better half I'll be getting a set of 19" Atomics......next I will need to decide on which tyres to fit so any pointers would be much appreciated, I have used Toyo T1R's before on other cars and found them to be a good all round summer tyre, anyone had experience of them on a Z4M?

Only experienced the Toyo,s for around 700 miles before i sold the wheelset they were on & whilst they felt ok on 6mm wear i thought they were noisy & as tread wears that would probably have worsened
Unless you want to splash the biggies for Michelin then my choice for the MR would be Vredestein around £520 a set delivered

I'm confused as to what is the best offset to go for as I don't want my wheels to rub.....trawling through the forums is a bit of a mine field with people using different offsets. I don't want to make a mistake and order something then regret it, as several people have done. Any info would be much appreciated.

See my post above for OEM offsets.
If you're going for reps make sure they're ET38 front ET27 rear, I haven't seen any reps with ET44 front.
You will have zero rubbing issues on an M with these even with aftermarket suspension.
Tyres you want 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear. You could even go 245/275 and still shouldn't get any rubbing.
