*SOLD*Z4C 3.0si Monaco Blue - 86,000miles - FSH - 12 month MOT - £9195

Post by crustyclown777 » Sun Jan 29, 2017 11:04 am

Hi Guys,
Unfortunately the time has come to advertise my Z4C, I wish i could keep it, but it has been replaced with an E89 35i.

The car is a SI finished in Monaco Blue, with black interior, and has 86,000miles on the clock (in daily use). It is currently kept in an underground car park, away from the elements.

12 months MOT - February 2018 - no advisories.

Equipment:
Auto Adjusting Xenon's
Automatic Rain Sensor Wipers
Navigation System - with speed camera warning
M-Sports Seats (electric movement and memory function)
18" M-sport Alloys - 135M Style
3 Spoke M-Sport Leather Steering Wheel
Headlight Wash System
Anthracite Headlining
Brushed Aluminium Interior
Handbrake and Armrest Black Leather

Tasteful Modifications Include:
Eibach 20/20 lowering springs
ZHP Gearknob
Aux Input
Gloss Black Mirror Bases
Silver Painted Calipers
Black Kidney Grilles
New Floor Mats
Stubby Aerial
Full Vehicle Detail

Service History:
20/2/2016 - 71,635 - Oil Service, Inspection I, Air Cleaner Element.
09/09/14 - 52,778 - Oil Service, Inspection II, Micro Filter, Air cleaner element, Rear Brakes
17/11/10 - 33,799 - Oil, Micro Filter and Inspection I
24/04/09 - 19,639 - Oil, Micro Filter and Brake Fluid

Other Parts Replaced:
GPS Antennae
Lower Wishbones Control Arm Rear Bushes
Clutch
Dual Mass Flywheel
Brake Pads
Front BMW badge

Receipts kept for all listed parts and modifications above.

The sale include the private plate - D9 WAC - quoted at £550 - £600.

The car is mechanically perfect, and I have worked hard to remove any knocks and annoying noises, the next owner of this car will be overjoyed. The only reason for the sale is due to the upgrade to the E89.

The 2 x negatives are that the vehicle only has 1 x key, and sometimes the drivers side window doesn't auto drop.

The car is based in Wokingham/Guildford - Viewings welcome.

price £9,195.

Thanks, Christian

Hi,

Also interested in some interior pics. How long have you owned the car?

I'm also just in Guildford, conveniently!

Thanks

Clutch and dual mass flywheel were replaced 16.12.2016
Due to wear/slip? preventive measure? upgrade?
reason i ask is that i got 270k miles out of an E36 coupe before it was smashed into. the clutch was still as positive and slip-free as when i first bought it about 250k miles ago.
Usually a good indication, for me at least, as to how the car has been driven etc.

The clutch seemed to have a slight noise when the clutch was being engaged/disengaged, couldn't feel any slip or anything, but thought over the christmas break I would get the clutch changed, and as the gearbox was off I thought it would do no harm to change the dual mass flywheel.

Both component changes were preventative/upgrades, and now its incredible.

86k miles, 4 year gap between a service and only 4 of those, it's worth £7 and half K private sale which is way more than what they offered in p/x of £5250!!!

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I can't speak for the previous owners service history intentions, but considering the car was doing less than 5000 miles a year they may have not felt it was required. In my opinion It should be based on mileage and not on years.

I don't understand your pricing point, but I believe I have priced the car Inline with others on the market and it's always open to negotiation.
