I'd picked up on the pumps Rob - any other issues to worry about, reliability issues etc. If it's a genuine car is 6.5k about the right money?

It's about right I'd say, it looks tidy from those pics but they can sometimes flatter & those wheels are notorious for needing expensive refurbs.
I'd go & give it a proper look over :?

Looks well with a rare armone interior! Why you moving on from your 3.0 so soon?

I'm in no rush to move my car on and with the tidying up I've done it's actually now really nice. If the figures added up I'd move to the si. It's based purely on power, nothing else. I just want something that is bullet fast but, like most, I don't have and don't want to spend upwards of 15k for an M. If nothing comes of it I'll happily keep my 3.0 (which just happens to be in the best colour) :)

I drove up to have a drive of this earlier - very different to my Z4. It felt much more "solid" and stiffer, a bit unexpected really! Didn't feel massively faster but still quick. The wheels definately need a refurb, they are shot as are the rear disks. Drivers floor carpet has a big hole in it M, there's a dink on the passenger rear wing and the rocker cover gasket is weeping quite a lot. Not really sure how much I'd give on top of my car.

if you were trading and you have good condition wheels then Id certainly be looking at switching your own wheels over as part of any deal

That's good advice. It all depends on figures really as I'm not desperate to trade mine as I know it's a good car and it too is quick.

There's always people looking for cars, why not try your luck and see if your car gets any takers on here. If you can secure a sale. you can go armed with cash and maybe get a better deal.
