I brought back to life the (recently replaced) roof motor on this car yesterday. It is a marmite colour, but in really nice condition. Of note is that it doesn't have aircon, so I do think it's an import...

Colour, likely import (and lower spec. that brings), halogens, no sat nav, worn bolster, manual and unseated seats. Countered by looking generally good condition

All feels like a £3k car to me

Personally I think Phoenix Yellow looks like baby poo but some people love it....

Unusual colour, but with black wheels I think this car could work!

I don't think it's right to speculate on price on other's for sale ads - everything sells for the right price.

Unless the Seller has plenty of time, i can only see this going on an auction site, where it will find it's own value.

If it was of low miles & high spec, it could easily sell, less the price of a wrap but with no heated seats and no Air-con, its not even lending itself to that exit method.

Still, somebody will love it's quirkiness and buy it.

It's a forum (venue for discussion) not ebay so anybody posting for sale can expect comment. Nothing that's been said is particularly barbed and a lot could be helpful if the seller was bothered to read it and amend his advert. To be honest a lot of one-post-sellers have been given a really hard time because they are using the facility free having never contributed, and prospective purchasers would normally have a chance to browse their previous post to see what problems they had, whether they were a good owner (or an idiot

).

In this case he's rocked up touting a one-off import car with a really lazy advert and no proper description of what is or isn't fitted (which will differ) and is asking daft money. The 'forum' are quite rightly filling in the gaps for him and potentially protecting the interest of a buyer who may not be that knowledgeable. On another day he would have got a proper flaming (as others certainly have in the past).

Exactly as above. Members forum for people that want to be part of a community, not up rock make a single post as exiting ownership and hope to benefit from a free advert
