I have these in all of the shop PC's, FAST as hell compared to "old" drives..
I have to ask though, what are you replacing it with?

A couple of weeks too late for me, as I've just upgraded all the MacMinis in the family to SSDs as the last couple of versions of OSX/MacOS were really slow on HDDs.

Aww boo I've had it sat around for a few weeks just hadn't got around to wiping it. Massive difference, I went to SSD a few years back, and it's night and day even compared to my old WD Raptor, which was damn quick back then.
I've now got a 500GB 960 EVO - disappointed though as my M2 socket isn't fast enough... so a mobo swap will happen at some point. Maybe I'll just keep the drive and sell the PC as a whole... I have a spare mini ITX case and ATX PSU.Ducklakeview wrote: ↑Fri May 19, 2017 8:30 pm I have these in all of the shop PC's, FAST as hell compared to "old" drives..

Ah the old Raptors, I had those before the SSD's, fast in their time..Scooba_Steve wrote: ↑Sun May 21, 2017 7:13 pmAww boo I've had it sat around for a few weeks just hadn't got around to wiping it. I'm in the process of upgrading my laptop and want a SSD to hopefully speed things up a bit. Seems to be a few places selling these new for £75-£80 delivered. Would you take £45?

I was basing price on 2/3 of the new price on Amazon. On that basis I'd take £50
