depends on size and the tyres really but not worth a great deal

an average price of say about £500 for 18s with tyres

well they are 18s with good tread, i kn ow they are branded tyres but cant remember the name!

i sold a similar set of staggered alloys with falken tyres with loads of tread on them for just over £500 so expect that kind of figure, although it did take a few weeks to sell them
