For anyone else interested in sizes / offsets:

Front 8.5J et38 with 235/35/19 Falken 453s
Rear 9.5J et45 with 265/30/19 Falken 453s

I'm really pleased with how they look, but think will consider lowering now!

That looks amazing best thing you can do to a car to change the look.

Just lowerd mine and it transforms the look never done it to a car. I love it I just need to sort the rubbing issue and it will be perfect.

£599 for the wheels

Cheers guys.

monkey, what lowering option did you go for? How low and if you don't mind... how much? (pm if you prefer)

LOOKS GREAT...

Same exterior/interior combo as mine, but my wheels are hyper silver.....Lowered on Eibachs...

Cheers :)

Z4M-2006 was going to ask you in other thread about how you'd lowered yours. Think yours looks great and its much cleaner than mine too :P

Did you get the car lowered if so would you mind dropping me a pm with rough prices for kit and fitment, thanks.

Hi Bud,

I fitted the spring kit myself.......

The Eibachs were £200...

I would have used H&R's (cheaper) but they were out of stock, and i had a snapped spring...

I went the cheap skate FK route and done it myself (its not a difficult job) the reason I went cheap I had never lowered a car before. I was worried I wouldn't like it to harsh can't get over speed bumps so on. In all honestly I love it there is a bit of bob and its define toy firmer. But the car feels so much nicer when pushing on. My car is a weekend fun project car so not a daily drive.

The FKs are quite extreme at a 40mm drop. And I get rubbing at the back partly as I have m3 wheels. Witch don't really fit a non m zed.

Dose look amazing IMO

Sorry can't seem to upload pics from my iPad. I am a computer dim wit!!

Crikey you lot are braver than me doing it yourselves, although I guess I've just never even considered giving it a go!

I think Eibachs may be the way I end up going, the gap between wheels and arch you've achieved Z4M-2006 is what I'm after. Your setup does look fantastic monkey especially on those m3 wheels! Tbh I think I'll save up and get someone else to do it though... I struggle to find time just to wash my car these days :|

Cheers Mr wilks, plate was on it when I bought it and its grown on me!

Don't blame you on either count. It was easy but I did get very dirty hands ( and I had gloves ) and some spanner rash. Don't rush into it just enjoy the best mod you can ever do to a car  It looks amazing great colour combo.
