Something to brighten your day...

Postby BillR - Tue Jul 27, 2010 1:11 pm

While on a road trip through British Columbia, Canada, we found this written on a board in a bar. I'm guessing that it's an oldie but I thought I'd share it.

Heaven is where...
The police are British
The chefs are Italian
The mechanics are German
The lovers are French
and its all organized by the Swiss.

Hell is where...
The police are French
The chefs are British
The mechanics are Swiss
The lovers are German
and its all organized by the Italians.

Very good...I just drove through BC last weekend and would like to ass two more lines ---

Heaven is: where the road construction is at a decent speed , not down from 55 to 30mph for no apparent reason especially on the weekend when no-one is working !!

Hell is: BC where rental RV's can't even do the already low speed of 90kmh !!

Here's a :poke: of a similar vein, it's only a little outdated...

Canadians had a chance to have the best the world could offer: American business, British government, and French culture.

But what did they end up with? American culture, British business and French governement...

Mostly true unfortunately, but one thing is wrong. The Govt is British but run by the French....ouch! The 40% control the 60%
