What books are you reading ?

Post by patriot66 » Thu Sep 14, 2017 7:59 pm

I nearly always have several books on the go, mainly non-fiction and concerned with aircraft, cars, transport/machinery and history.

I don't know if a thread on this has been started before but I thought it may be interesting for any bookworms on here if we posted cover photos of anything we're reading at the moment or may have just finished.

So to kick things off here is what I've got my nose in at the moment :

I've been after this John Dibbs 'Flying Legends' book for quite some time. It normally sells new for £20-£25 but after alot of searching I bought this decent second - hand copy on Ebay for £3.96 delivered !!!! I love a bargain ! :D

I've just finished this excellent book about my sporting hero Jim Clark :driving:

This is another John Dibbs book. His WWII Warbirds photography is quite superb. If your interested in the Battle of Britain then this is excellent.

And here's a few more I'm working through at the moment.

Love a bit of Pratchett. Just ploughing through The Broken Window by Jefferey Deaver, not his best, before I treat myself to Mort and Moving Pictures
