Looking at various news reports I am sure he is dead.

Please let me know if that situation improves. Also an update on Elvis wouldn't go a miss either...

The Los Angeles Police Department has been known to make a few mistakes in the past, taken bribes, planted evidence, ignored important evidence that isn't in the best interest of their prosecution so the answer is ...
