Hi all,
I've lived in Germany for the last 3.5 years whilst my Z3 and Z4 remained on my Dad's driveway. We've now managed to get the Z4 up and running again with tax and a (costly) MOT. My plan is to fly back to the UK next month and drive it back to Germany so I can drive it here. Once in Germany, I have 6 months to register the car with German plates and get German insurance. For this time (and the 6-7 hour drive in England) I'll obviously need insurance, does anyone have any idea where's the best place to get 6 months? Google isn't very helpful.

You could take out a 12 month policy paid monthly from your father account then cancel after 6 months.
