trip to Germany - advice about rental.

Hey Guys,
Me and my lady friend are going to be in Germany for 10 days or so (coming in September). I have been looking into a rental car and I am thinking of getting one of the following. I do not know of the engines that will be available. I want your advice on what to rent. There will be 2 of us with luggage.

Option 1: Audi TT - a bit small and we will have to be concious of luggage.

Option 2: Audi A6

Option 3: BMW - 3-series.

X2 - leaves lots of room for luggage and serious shopping too. All without really compromising your driving pleasure either.

Plus, the back seats will be comfortably large enough for ... y'know... stuff.

3 for 3. Audi A6 it is. Glad I asked because I was thinking of the Audi TT but was obsessing over luggage space etc.

I'll make that 4! I likes my TT, but for touring I'd say the A6 would be best
