Some arsehole dog owner has allowed their dog to crap right outside the pavement door to my daughters flat. The ignorance, arrogance and selfishness is truly astonishing.
We don't own dogs because we don't want to deal with their shite. This dog owner clearly should be have been smothered at birth.
I have been branded an animal hater in the past when this happened before. The connection is.........?

Cycleways....is there a bigger waste of money than building cycleways alongside roads ? we have loads around here and do cyclists use them ? do they hell, they ride amongst the traffic risking being maimed by big trucks & careless drivers completely ignoring a perfectly good cycleway.
Not really a rant but more of a puzzlement.

I couldnt agree more. I pass them every morning cycling through roadworks when there is a perfectly good cycle path running parrallel to the road which they cant be bothered to get on. But.. make sure you give them 2m clearance and total respect.greg1953 wrote:Cycleways....is there a bigger waste of money than building cycleways alongside roads ? we have loads around here and do cyclists use them ? do they hell, they ride amongst the traffic risking being maimed by big trucks & careless drivers completely ignoring a perfectly good cycleway.

I wonder what they would say if a pedestrian walked up the road in their way rather than use the pavement ?

Get a small camera set up. Film the fouler and then post on the local Facebook. Just about every town has a local facebook page full of well let's say a normal slice of life .Geezah wrote:Some arsehole dog owner has allowed their dog to crap right outside the pavement door to my daughters flat. You're right....... I think!extrablatt wrote:The worst part is when you receive the dreaded brown envelope from HMRC. You'd have thought the switch to Real Time Information (RTI) would have helped them know your tax code and fix underpayments straight away. Yet no, I still receive periodic notices that my employer got the tax code wrong and wasn't properly taxed on employment benefits from my P11D. And then it all goes pear-shaped again the following tax year just when you thought they were up to dateJasey wrote:Because now when they discover it's wrong it will be your fault and you will get another bill.Ewazix wrote:why TF am I filling out a form to tell them what they already knew?
Somehow I suspect overpayments through PAYE still happen but then I can't be asked to deal with the delightful SA process...
I've just finished the dreaded self assessment thing (only two system crashes and one help-line call required- I was more organised this year) and it's telling me I'm owed nearly £1k having been done up the PAYE channel so to speak. But why do I suspect it's a cruel joke, tax rebates don't happen to me

How much is all this costing and why can't she be treated in Scotland.
The Scots could have stuck her on some remote island

Right now I am having to tap into resources of control & restraint i never knew i had
Planning ahead to today after 5 months tucked in the garage i left my ZMR at my Indy last Saturday morning for its Ins1 , MOT & some other stuff
Weekdays being a struggle timewise as i'm off at 6-45am & not home till 5-45pm (+ garage is 25mins away from home )
Text on Thursday 5pm to say car will be ready for collection on Friday i replied it would be 5-30pm / 6pm when i could get there .
No reply so i landed yesterday at 5-40pm only to find the place already locked & shuttered up bugger !
Tried landline predictably with no response & mobile switched off obviously i was more than a bit disappointed but got over it with some vino last night before getting back on the phone this morning at 8-30am , no response again on either so went over around 10am to find it locked & shuttered as it was yesterday through a tiny gap in the shutter i can see my car safely locked away but i'm struggling to contain my frustration & anger
90mins with the dog around nearby reservoir , returned before midday & still fahooooking zero sign so resigned myself to postponing my first outing till next week now not happy at all
