Wow - loving it  . I have to agree, I tried on the 46 (XO) and could probably have (just) worn it, but it did feel a bit OTT. The 42 was a perfect fit and definitely the choice I would have gone with had the price not still had a ridiculous premium attached.
That adjustable clasp looks great, too - well done on getting that.
Enjoy. :)

If anyone is interested Straton Watches have a kickstarter for their future Speciale Chrono in quartz and automatic variants, have pledged for an auto :)

https://www.stratonwc.com/pages/straton-speciale

Target monies have been met so looking forward to receiving sometime next June.

If you're into vintage motor racing inspired Watches I can vouch for the finish and quality.

Having recently joined the forum, I’m gradually digging deeper, and I see another of my passions is covered.
My watch collection currently stands at 7 pcs, including this Breitling Avenger II GMT which is my daily wear.
It’s due a service but, given the unexpected expenditure on the new zed, this will have to wait for a while...

Next on my list is the Omega Speedmaster Racing, probably in the black and yellow with stainless steel strap.

I’ve got my proper watch back - it’s been in for a service at a local, well respected jeweller - it’s taken them 38 weeks and five attempts to get it regulated to within the +6/-4 standard . Next service it’s going back to Omega!

Cheers Paul.

My ideal is a planet ocean in titanium, but they rarely come up used, and I want the 8500 movement with the display back.

Thought this was quite good value for new, http://www.goldsmiths.co.uk/Omega-Seama ... o_s=slisys but it doesn't have the titanium bracelet which would obviously bump the price a fair bit.

Nice. I was looking at these today.

I have a Planet Ocean and noted that the retail price has gone up more than £600 in the past 18 months!
Why is it that people who can't take advice always insist on giving it?
