23 - makes a difference if I say that I live in NL or in the UK. If in the UK, 88% of the blokes are worse off, but in NL 82%

I'm 67 years old, 28 and Spanish - I've only ever been there once in my life but that must be where I got the fat from - the BBC says so!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

22 - Did you know?
If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would remove 17,882,554 tonnes from the total weight of the world's population. :poke:

I'm an BMI of 24, most likely to be from Mauritania. My mother is from Mauritiaus though. But it is Xmas and I've just come back from holiday so I'm usually a little lighter.

BMI is only useful when used for sedentary / overweight people and pretty useless for others who are very active. A body shape index is a bit more useful as it takes into account the waist size (where fat is likely to be stored). Try this simple calculator which assess health risk and has links to several so-called health calculators.
[My BMI is 22.8 and with a 31" waist my risk category is apparently "very low"]

BMW M6 Gran Coupe ¦ Black Sapphire Metallic
