Anyone having a problem with todays' Carly pro update and crashing out?
Crashing on ipad and iphone for me. Both ios 8.something.

I think pastrys is malfunctioning as well, I checked when I got home and still couldn't find the extra cylinders he said he coded in for me :roll:

Doesnt reqlly inspire confidence using it. Esp when it's gonna crash in the middle of a fekin coding.

Have you just done a phone software update? I have no pending software updates but I have had an App Store update for a couple of days now for Carly that I haven't done yet.... I might leave it!

i just deleted todays' update on the phone so i can re-install the previous version from itunes via the pc.
hope i havent lost the backups. grr

God I hope not, he's supposed to be coding my mirrors to fold when locking/unlocking, hope he doesn't delete 2 cylinders or worse...delete my whippy :o

I thought the folding wing mirrors were manual on my car 2003 z4 2.5i. That's how I've been folding them. I didn't even know they folded until a sheep decided to scratch it's head on one while I was down in Cornwall. I thought it'd broken it until it clicked into place. Have they only put electronic folding mirrors on the 2003 3.0. Seems a bit strange or were they another pay as you go option?

Apparently, it's a rare option on the E85. Mine has an extra button next to the mirror switch.

well that was a faff and a half;
I had to retrieve the pre-update version from recycle bin and restore it to a separate folder then install it over the updated version in itunes.
Got a feeling it might just be because i'm still on a crappy old iphone 4s using ios 8.1.2 (last stable jailbreakable ios for the 4s)
ipad on same 8.1.2 ios and jailbroken.
the 'Carly for BMW Pro 27.02.ipa' is back on the phone and works as before but as it's a fresh install it's deleted my backup (stock) coding for the zed :x
Good job i emailed the backup to myself as a precaution (phew) :?

let me know how u get on tomorrow sharpy. hoping u wont have a problem as this has serious repercussions for carly i think. who the fek wants an app thats going to crash in the middle of a coding session and brick the ECU????
