Amazon Grand Tour

Just curious as to how many people bought Amazon Prime Time with the specific intention of watching Grand Tour.

I have it already but just wondered how many people would pay £80 just to watch the show and a few other watchables.

I very nearly went Amazon Prime but tried 3 episodes of GT on 'alternative' streaming sites first, it's OK at best, which is a disappointment but not worth eighty squid to watch.

Not many I suspect, we've had Prime for quite a while before the GT started and do use Amazon regularly for on-line shopping with Prime, very reliable and preferable to Ebay any time.
Watched episode 1 of the GT and it was OK but expected a bit better, so for the sole reason of buying it to watch the GT its not worth £80.00 imo.

I have Amazon Prime but not for GT as it's not a very good programme and I would not pay to watch it.

I have been looking at GT and liked the first couple of episodes but find some of it a bit boring eg star who dies on the way to the studio, and conversation street. Having said that if you take it as an entertainment program rather than a factual car program it's still one of the best.

I'm watched 7 of the 9 so far & enjoyed the majority so far :) you realise just how slick the 3 are together & doubt any TG combination will ever match it
Wouldn't want to pay £80 for it though

I'm looking forward to Top Gear coming back and if they have

Chris Harris
Matt Le Blanc
Sabine

I think that would work well. I do think the Stig thing is old and dated now though

I did buy Prime with sole intention of watching GT, paid £59 for it.

BBC definitely made a mistake not renewing, but equally its allowed the trio and Mr Wilman to make the show they wanted. That being said some of it is a tad repetitive.

Got prime back in June. Part of the reason being GT, but had my money's worth though carriage savings.

Have to say though the latest Edison episode was absolute shite. A few minutes of Alfa and coral making and the rest was utter rubbish, as was most of the coral making.
