On the plus side, it's probably reassuring to know what the problem is. Now you can focus on the recovery bit, and the good news is that enjoying your zed will help the time to pass.

You seem to take it all in stride, which makes a massive difference, I'm sure. Look after yourself and keep on smiling. It'll be over before you know it.
