Very sad news .... I was lucky to have met him 3 times when he was involved in A1 GP and again when my wife, who was a director of a publishing company, was trying to tie him down to write a 'new' autobiography. He gave us tickets and a free box on the main straight at Brands then joined us for lunch and we met him again at a charity dinner. Happy memories of a perfect gentleman. One of his treasured possessions was a 50s BMW 507 Roadster, gifted to him by an Italian racing motorcycle company ... I'll have to look it up because I can't remember who it was! (edit: MV Agusta?) Lovely car. Very sad news and the end of an era.
