Jesus H - It's not just BMW that take the pi$$ then?

Post by Ducklakeview » Fri Mar 17, 2017 5:04 pm

Sister brought her 2011 S-Max around yesterday, complaining of strong diesel smell.

Quick look under the cover revealed a leak from the injector leak off pipes. Picks up the phone to local Fraud main dealer, and asks if the connectors are available separately, surprise surprise, they are only available as a "kit" containing three plastic tees, a single connector and 4 lengths of rubber tube - Tees look like this..

To say I nearly fell over when he told me how much is an understatement.. FFS..

Anyway, turns out it was a single O ring on the plastic piece, matched one from my kit and repaired in 10 mins..

So go on, how much you lot reckon?
